By using RecipeFox AI you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Service

RecipeFox AI ("the Service") is provided by FOXVISITS LTD, registered in Scotland, UK. The Service helps food bloggers generate AI recipe articles and publish them to their WordPress sites.

2. Bring-Your-Own-Keys model

The Service requires you to provide your own API keys from third-party AI providers (Anthropic, kie.ai) and your own WordPress credentials. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining those keys/credentials and any costs associated with them.
• Complying with each provider's terms of service.
• The content generated and published using your account.

3. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to:

• Generate content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• Generate misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content.
• Reverse engineer, abuse the API, or attempt to circumvent rate limits.
• Resell access to the Service without our written consent.

4. Content ownership

You own the recipes and content you generate. We claim no ownership over your output. The Service itself (codebase, design, branding) remains the property of FOXVISITS LTD.

5. Disclaimer of warranty

The Service is provided "as is". AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, especially in nutrition estimates or cooking times. Always review generated content before publishing. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FOXVISITS LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings, which also deletes all your data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
